Walk-up registrations (for $25) will be available during packet pick-up at Body n' Sole Sports, (1317 N Dunlap Ave, Savoy, IL 61874) on July 11 and 12, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, July 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Sunday, July 14, additional late registrations will be accepted between 4:30 and 5:30 only, in Suite G at The Pines shopping center, adjacent to the race staging area.

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else.
The start line is on Philo Road in Urbana, a bit south of the intersection of Philo and Curtis. Each wave of entrants runs one mile straight north on Philo Rd, finishing on Philo Rd, south of the intersection of Philo Road and Windsor Road, adjacent to The Pines shopping center. The waves start roughly every 10 minutes (see Wave Schedule). Each wave will be scored on chip time (we will be using B-tag race numbers) except the elite male and female waves, which will be scored on gun time.
Online registration closes on July 7 at midnight. There is ample parking for the race. Park at The Pines shopping center (corner of Philo Rd and Windsor Rd on the southeast corner), Meijer (corner of Philo Rd and Windsor Rd on the northeast corner), Christie Clinic (on Windsor Rd, just east of The Pines shopping center), and Carle (on Windsor Rd, just east of The Pines shopping center).
Every entrant receives a cool beach towel and bountiful post-race refreshments.

Awards will be presented on race day at two ceremonies at The Pines—first ceremony at 7:10 p.m. and second ceremony at 8:10 p.m.
Each overall wave winner will receive a plaque and a gift certificate from Body n’ Sole.
We will award 3-deep age-group awards for the open male & female waves, the masters male & female waves, and the youth 17 & under waves.
We will award first-, second-, and third-place plaques and gift certificates in the elite male wave and the elite female wave.
There is also a non-competitive community mile: Any age can run (or walk) in this wave. Plaque to first-place winner only and a Body n’ Sole gift certificate.
NEW in 2019: Stroller wave: any age or gender can run or walk pushing any type of stroller. Plaque and Body n’ Sole gift certificate awarded to the top male and female finisher.
We will present awards to the first-, second-, and third-place male and female military runners (active or retired). All entrants are eligible, no matter which wave you ran, or whether you won another award.
